The ServerMonitor is a monitor written in Java that can simultaneously monitor
multiple web servers, the monitor works by actually downloading the page it
monitors as oppose to other monitors that use a simple ping, this will give a better
accurracy when you want to make sure your server is actually working as you expect.

The ServerMonitor will send an email alert when the server being monitored is down
and can also be configured to run a program on alert, for example you could reboot the
machine when the server goes down.
